New, New, New... Adorable Cottage.... Great functional floor plan. Wow! this almost like a brand new home. New Roof - new shingles and new roof decking. New A/C inside and out. The base boards are 5 inch craft style, door and window molding are also craft style. The craft style molding helped to give the home cleaner lines yet having the windows trimmed out gives it a more classic upscale finish. The outlets and switches are new, the light fixtures are new, the door hardware is new, the water heater is new, the 3 porches have been rebuilt, we added a roof over the side entry to keep you out of the weather, the outdoor lighting is new, even the mailbox is new.
